Lee Lai Kit- This callout has been designed such that it cannot have its color changed. As for the rectangular box under, I’m assuming you’re referring to The subtitle box.. Yes, you can remove it. In Photoshop, under layers, there’s a group “Subtitle”, either delete the group, or hide it. That will take out the box.
