1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the navigation instruction image provided by VRtour° for 1 Euro (€1), you, as a virtual tour developer, agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Product Description

The product consists of a digital image containing generic navigation instructions that developers can integrate at the beginning of their virtual tours. This ready-made solution enhances the user experience by providing standardized guidance for navigation within virtual environments.

3. Licensing and Permitted Use

VRtour° grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the commercial use of the image, subject to the following conditions:

• The image can only be integrated as part of a virtual tour developed and hosted by the client (purchaser).
• Reselling the image as a standalone product or distributing it to third parties outside the context of virtual tours is strictly prohibited.
• The license is worldwide and perpetual, provided that these terms are respected.

4. Intellectual Property

The image and its graphic elements are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of VRtour°. The client may not modify the image in ways that remove or alter any branding or credits associated with it.

5. Payment and Delivery

• Payment must be made in Euros (€) through the electronic platforms indicated at checkout.
• The image will be available for immediate download or sent via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• In case of delivery failure, please contact VRtour° for support (see clause 8).

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Given the digital nature of the product, no refunds are allowed once the image has been delivered or successfully downloaded, unless a technical issue with the file is identified. The client must report any issues within 7 business days.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

VRtour° is not responsible for the performance of the client’s virtual tour or for any technical issues or incompatibilities encountered during the integration of the image.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information collected during the purchase process will be used solely for processing the transaction, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Modifications to Terms and Updates

VRtour° reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the official website. It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vila Velha, ES.

1. Aceitação dos Termos

Ao adquirir a imagem de instrução de navegação fornecida pela VRtour° por 1 Euro (€1), você, na qualidade de desenvolvedor de tours virtuais, concorda integralmente com os termos e condições aqui estabelecidos. Se não concordar com estes termos, por favor, não prossiga com a compra.

2. Descrição do Produto

O produto consiste em uma imagem digital contendo instruções de navegação genéricas que podem ser integradas por desenvolvedores ao início de seus próprios tours virtuais. A imagem é uma solução pronta para melhorar a experiência do usuário no ambiente virtual, padronizando a orientação inicial de navegação.

3. Licenciamento e Uso Permitido

A VRtour° concede uma licença não exclusiva e não transferível para uso comercial da imagem, limitada às seguintes condições:

• A imagem pode ser incorporada somente como parte de um tour virtual desenvolvido e hospedado por terceiros (o cliente).
• É proibido revender a imagem como um produto independente ou distribuí-la para terceiros fora do contexto de tours virtuais.
• A licença é válida mundialmente e não expira, desde que respeitados os termos deste documento.

4. Propriedade Intelectual

A imagem e seus elementos gráficos são protegidos por direitos autorais e permanecem de propriedade exclusiva da VRtour°. O cliente não pode modificar a imagem de forma que descaracterize ou remova marcas ou créditos associados.

5. Forma de Pagamento e Entrega

• O pagamento deverá ser efetuado em Euros (€) através dos meios eletrônicos indicados durante a compra.
• A imagem será disponibilizada para download imediato ou enviada por e-mail em até 24 horas após a confirmação do pagamento.
• Em caso de falha no download ou entrega, entre em contato com a VRtour° para suporte (ver cláusula 8).

6. Política de Cancelamento e Reembolso

Dada a natureza digital do produto, não há reembolso após a entrega ou download bem-sucedido da imagem, salvo se constatada falha técnica no arquivo fornecido. O cliente tem até 7 dias úteis para reportar problemas à VRtour°.

7. Isenção de Responsabilidade

A VRtour° não se responsabiliza pelo desempenho do tour virtual do cliente, nem por eventuais problemas técnicos ou de compatibilidade na integração da imagem.

8. Suporte Técnico

Em caso de problemas com o arquivo ou dúvidas técnicas, o cliente pode entrar em contato pelo seguinte e-mail: gabrielvr@vrtour360.com.br

9. Privacidade e Proteção de Dados

As informações pessoais coletadas no momento da compra serão utilizadas exclusivamente para o processamento da transação, em conformidade com a legislação de proteção de dados aplicável.

10. Modificações nos Termos e Atualizações

A VRtour° reserva-se o direito de atualizar estes Termos e Condições a qualquer momento, sem aviso prévio. A versão mais atualizada estará sempre disponível no site oficial. É responsabilidade do cliente revisar os termos periodicamente.

11. Lei Aplicável e Foro Competente

Estes Termos e Condições são regidos pelas leis brasileiras. Quaisquer disputas serão resolvidas no foro da comarca de Vila Velha, ES, Brasil.
