Description
For years, 3DVista creators have asked for the same thing: a search box for their tours. Search Pro V4 is that search box. It is the only search plugin for 3DVista tours, and it is made so a beginner can set it up.
A big tour is hard to explore. Visitors click, wander, get lost and leave. With Search Pro V4 they type a word and arrive. Real estate agents, museums, hotels, showrooms, schools and event venues all have tours like that, and all of them want visitors to find things fast.
You do not need to know how to code. You add one button and two lines of text to your tour. Then you choose your settings in the Control Panel, a screen with tabs, switches and boxes.
What a Developer Would Charge
A developer would charge more than $10,000 to build a search like this one: the search engine, the settings screen, the Live Preview, the phone settings, the link to Google Sheets and the guides. Search Pro V4 costs $99.99. You pay once, and you can use it in every tour you build.
Why Choose Search Pro V4?
Your Brand Is Unique. Your Search Should Be Too.
You choose how it looks, what it says, what it finds and how it behaves. You do it by clicking and typing, in plain words. If you can fill in a form, you can set up Search Pro V4.

- A search box inside the Control Panel. Press Ctrl/Cmd+K and type “mobile”, “delay” or “bar color”.

Core Benefits
1. Zero-Code Control Panel
Set up in minutes what would take a developer weeks to build.
- A clear screen with a sidebar, nine tabs and a search box for settings.
- Live Preview of the real search while you change settings.
- Apply Settings shows your change at once in a tour open in the same browser.
- Download your settings as a file, upload it to your server, and visitors see it.
- Load a saved file to keep editing. Reset to start over.
2. A Search That Forgives Typing Mistakes
- Fast matching, built on Fuse.js, that finds the result even when the visitor misspells a word.
- It looks in titles, subtitles, tags and descriptions at the same time.
- You decide how strict the matching is, which fields count most, and whether matches are highlighted.
- Results appear as visitors type. You set the typing delay.
- A hotspot result turns the camera toward the hotspot. A 3D result frames the object.
- Arrow keys, Enter, Escape and Ctrl/Cmd+K work for visitors who like the keyboard.
3. Results That Look Like Your Tour
- The tour’s own thumbnails beside each result, or your own default images.
- Thumbnail shape (square, circle or wide), size for each kind of result, and hover zoom.
- Icons from Font Awesome, Bootstrap Icons, Ionicons, emoji or your own image.
- Colors, fonts, borders, corners and shadows for the search field, the results, the group headers and the tags.
- Your own names for each kind of result, and animations you can preview.
4. Your Words, From Your Spreadsheet
- Data Sources reads a Google Sheet or a CSV file (a plain spreadsheet file).
- Give results new titles, descriptions, images and tags without exporting the tour again.
- Each row finds its tour element by title, tag, subtitle or ID.
- A built-in test shows what matched and what did not, in plain words.
5. Precise Filtering
Your tour has 500 items and you want to show 50? Want to hide test content? That takes a few clicks.
- A whitelist (show only these) or a blacklist (hide these), by name, by tag and by panorama number.
- Exact names, partial words and advanced patterns for people who use them.
- Choose which kinds of element the search covers.
- Combine rules for fine control.
6. Made for Phones
- Separate settings for computers and phones: where the search sits, how it opens, how it closes.
- A phone layout that stays on screen, with a breakpoint (the screen width where the phone layout starts) you choose, or the tour’s own phone version.
- Choose what closes after a visitor picks a result: the results only, or the results and the search bar.
7. Safe and Private
- The plugin does not collect, receive or keep any information about your visitors.
- When you load a settings file, the Control Panel reads it as data and never runs it as code.
What Is in Each Tab
- General: where the search sits on computers and phones, how it opens and closes, shortcuts, typing delay, the words visitors read
- Appearance: the search field, the results list, the group headers, tags and highlight
- Display: what each result shows, thumbnails, icons, names for each kind, the order of results
- Content: which kinds of element are searched, unnamed items, containers
- Filtering: names, tags and panorama numbers, as a whitelist or a blacklist
- Data Sources: a Google Sheet or a CSV file
- Animations: how the bar, the results and the hover effects move, with a preview
- Advanced: scan your tour and tune how words are matched
- Knowledge: the guide inside the Control Panel
