The 3D model is already created; simply replace the image with your chosen one to achieve the same effect as shown in the demo.
The download includes the .VTP file and instructions for replacing the map image.
The hotpots are shown in the project just to see how they work, you could replace these with your own.
This version works in 3DVista VTPro from update 2022.2 onwards, which is the one that accepts 3D models.
