Description
Some galleries are too big, with too many walls, some are too small.
Not anymore!
The modular structure of the Honeycomb Gallery makes it possible to set up a gallery individually and expand it to infinity. Start with a room and add new exhibits to your gallery whenever you want. Or set up different rooms thematically right from the start.
There are no limits to the possibilities.
The structure is also simple and clear for the visitor. The rooms are intentionally left open at the top in order to avoid claustrophobia of the visitors, especially in VR mode.
At your request, we can create individual objects for the middle area of the rooms, anything is possible. Ask for a quote.
Copyright notice: We would be pleased if you would mention the “Honeycomb Gallery” with a link to the 3D Vista Marketplace in the imprint. However, there is no compulsion.

Awesome concept! Perfect for the implementation of large and small exhibitions.

Great idea, with a lot of possibilities.
A few things to improve.
I am using PS 23.2.2 on windows 10 21H2. (on 2nd june 2022).
Currently the new 3D Vista function “Add 3D object” is onky announced, but not implemented. It is shown as “Coming soon”. in 3dVista startup Splash.
Watching the youtube video example, I expected to have the central monolith ( 2 surfaces) as 2 smart objects liike the walls.to be able to include contents. If I have to place 2 contents for every PSD (= each virtual gallery point of view) it is a lot of duplicated work. And take into acount the monolith is always at the back, ie, splited at the right and left edges of the equirectangular .
If I decide to remove the monolith, the masks for the hidden wall/picture need to be reworked. Currently masks are only valid if the monolith is visible.
And for every 6 “walls” smart object layer, I have to “Relink to file…” and navigate to the “Walls” folder. and choose the corresponding “wall_X.png”. Repeat this for every 6 PSD. So when I place an image in any wall inside a PSD, the rest of PSDs are updated.
In the grid layer, it would be very useful to have a mark at the floor with the other 5 view points, as a help to place hotspots in 3dVista. Or include such hotspots in the included .VTP file.
I hope any of these ideas be implemented in future updates of this Gallery.
That said, I will prepare my modify version of PSDs and work with it to use at full potential.
This gallery has a lot of posibilities.
Thanks for such a great work.

Currently I am taking 3dVista courses at
https://www.tvo.plus/view/courses/3d-vista-basico
https://www.tvo.plus/view/courses/3d-vista-intermedio
and during the sessions Mario commented that having galleries like this one, renderized to be used as two stereoscopic images on a 3d head set, will be a huge improvement.
And added to the modular structure of this HCG, I foresee a great success.

OMG it’s great, simple and totally intuitive. The best thing about it being absolutely unique is that you can expand it at will. I love it. And when you combine black and white, it’s amazing

It’s so awesome, the upgrade is great too, everything you need is there.
