AutoHide – Automatically hide other skin elements when one is shown.

AUTOHIDE FOR 3DVISTA

Show one. Hide the rest. Automatically.

Managing info panels, tabs, or menu sections in 3DVista can quickly become a nightmare. AutoHide removes that repetitive work with a simple group-tag system that keeps everything perfectly in sync.

🎯 DEMO

Experience AutoHide in action: https://3dvista-autohide.pages.dev/index.htm

THE PROBLEM

Imagine you have 15 info panels and you want only one visible at a time.

That means manually adding 14 hide actions to each panel: 15 panels × 14 hide actions = 210 actions you must maintain.

Then your client suddenly says:

“Can we add just one more panel?”

Now you have to:

If you forget even one hide action, the tour breaks — panels overlap, refuse to close, or behave unpredictably.

It’s slow, messy, and extremely error-prone.

THE SOLUTION

With AutoHide, you simply tag your elements with a group name (for example: group-info) and the script handles everything.

When one element shows, all others in the same group hide automatically — with zero manual actions.

Add 1 panel, add 10, remove 5… It always stays perfectly functional. Just give each element the same group tag. That’s it.
